
TofuLift TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review the following terms and conditions ("Terms") that govern your use of and purchase of products from (collectively, "Use") tofulift.com and any TofuLift brand mobile applications (collectively, our "Site"). The Site is provided by TofuLift LLC. ("TofuLift Athletic Apparel"). By creating an Account or otherwise accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to follow and be bound by these Terms. These terms are governed by laws of the United States of America.
1. PRODUCTION INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
Prices of our products are subject to change at any time. Prices may differ from in person events/stores & the tofulift.com website. Please note that we attempt to accurately display all colors on our product pages, however mobile & desktop screens do have a tendency to alter colors in some cases. TofuLift reserves the right to change any product information without any notice. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. A shipping confirmation & update on tracking will guarantee that the order was placed successfully.
2. ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING
All California residents will incur a sales tax set by the State of California.
Order processing may take up to 7 business days (for US Domestic orders) from the time the order was placed & can vary during the holiday season or drop weekends. We reserve the right to cancel any order at the time of purchase. We have the right to refuse service to any customer. TofuLift is not responsible for orders after they have left our fulfillment center. TofuLift is not responsible for packages delivered to a mistyped or invalid address. TofuLift is not responsible for orders that are not delivered or shipped out in time for a certain deadline that may exist. TofuLift is not responsible for orders lost in transit or lost at the time of delivery. All items will have undergone a thorough quality check before leaving our facility. TofuLift is not responsible for damaged packages or items. For any questions about your order once it has left our fulfillment center, the shipping company will provide any information necessary. Please make sure that your correct email address is submitted. We are not responsible if confirmation emails are sent to incorrectly-entered email addresses.
All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that product. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you complete the checkout process. Please be aware that your purchase will only be final when you have fully completed payment and received a confirmation email.
3. DISCOUNTS/TRANSACTIONS
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount codes, only one code is allowed per transaction. Discount codes may not be added to an order after it has already been processed. Refund & transaction timelines are based on who you bank with & may take up to 5-10 business days.
Transactions are only accepted in USD ($). We currently only accept domestic orders within the United States of America.
Packages may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive once it has shipped from our fulfillment center. "PACKAGE MAY ARRIVE LATER THAN EXPECTED" does not mean that your package has been lost, but rather your package may experience a slight delay. Please contact the postal service that is delivering your package for additional information, as TofuLift is not responsible for packages after they have left our fulfillment center. If you have received your tracking, your order has been packaged & will be shipped out accordingly the following business day.
4. RETURNS/EXCHANGES/GIFT RETURNS
What are my options if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer returns & exchanges on eligible items. No store credit. Eligible items for a return or an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items cannot be marked as "final sale". Return/Exchange must be within 14 days upon receiving the order. Please see the subsections below for more information.
Return Policy
Returns can be made within 14 days upon receiving the eligible product. Eligible items can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Once the refund has been processed, an email will be sent to the email address attached to the order. Shipping cost is not included in the refund amount. Items that are marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within 14 days upon receiving the eligible product. Eligible items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size OR another item of equal value. Exchange orders will be fulfilled after the order has been received by our facility and inspected. Items marked as “final sale” will not be eligible for an exchange. If you were gifted the item/are not the original buyer, contact us directly with the order # so we can collect your shipping information. Once the exchange process begins, you’ll receive a new order number with tracking information with the email provided when applicable. An exchange associated with an order # can only be processed once.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
TofuLift will not share any of your personal information (including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, etc.) with anyone outside our organization.
